Anna Maria Island Preservation Trust is proud to present the first Sustainable & Authentic Florida Conference in association with the East Coast Greenway Alliance and Florida Journeys Communications at the Island Players Theater on Anna Maria Island, October 17-19, 2012. The conference inquires into “place” as a focus for Florida communities in pursuit of economic development, innovative newcomers and visitors.

Conference presenters come from education, the arts, business, and planning. Team leaders additionally represent civic advocacy, conservation, nonprofit management, tourism, and retirement. The Conference is sure to be an important event with participation by stakeholders from across Florida.
